• Our volunteers support communities during crises - whether it's organizing food drives, providing temporary shelter, or responding to natural disasters. We mobilize rapidly for both local and cross-border emergencies, including support for rural communities affected by wildfires, where access to aid is often limited. Our team offers assistance with evacuation, supplies, and emotional support for those in distress. 

• Starting a new life in a different country can be overwhelming—especially when language barriers, unfamiliar systems, and lack of community support create added stress. At Global Helper’s Foundation, we are dedicated to easing this transition for immigrants and refugees by offering hands-on, compassionate assistance every step of the way.

We help individuals and families navigate the Canadian system by providing personalized support with:

• Applying for government-issued IDs (Provincial ID, SIN, Health Card)
   
• Accessing public healthcare, education, and settlement services
   
• Understanding and filing taxes, and applying for benefits like CCB, GST/HST, and housing support
   
• Registering children in schools and daycare
   
• Learning their rights and responsibilities as residents or future citizens
   
• Getting connected to language classes, job training, and community resources
   
• Accessing mental health services and legal aid if needed
   

Whether someone has just arrived in Canada or has been here for a while but is still unsure how to access services, we stand beside them with respect, clarity, and culturally sensitive guidance—ensuring no one feels left behind.

• At Global Helper’s Foundation, we believe that education is a lifelong right, not a privilege. Whether it’s a child entering school for the first time, a youth needing guidance to stay on the right path, or an adult looking to build new skills, we are committed to ensuring that learning opportunities are accessible to all - regardless of income, background, or immigration status.

Our program provides:

• School support for children, including help with registration, school supplies, and tutoring
   
• Digital access tools like laptops, tablets, and internet resources to bridge the technology gap
   
• Workshops and training for youth and adults focused on literacy, digital skills, financial literacy, career development, and civic engagement
   
• Mentorship and guidance to help students explore academic and vocational paths
   
• Partnerships with schools, libraries, and educational institutions to expand access and opportunities
